Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I plan?

For most of the Disney Destinations, six months or more is ideal. It’s best if clients know their travel dates, want specific resorts, holiday vacations, or dining locations, but know, we are here to help client’s with recommendations and suggestions, unique to them, just in case they aren’t sure where to begin.

For Disney Cruise Line you should plan one year or more if possible. We recommend at least eight months prior, minimum.

If I’m going to Walt Disney World®, can I just stay in my parent's condo or at a nearby hotel (not on Disney property)?

We strongly discourage clients from staying “off property” for so many reasons. If you choose to stay “off property”, we are not able to help you book and plan your vacation. Additionally, being a Disney Resort Guest is the best for perks and promotions, not to mention the convenience and time savings. Saving money by staying “off property” isn’t the best decision if you want the TOTAL magical experience.

Can I put five people in a hotel room that only holds four people?

No. It’s against fire code, and we must follow the laws.

If I’m visiting Walt Disney World®, should I have a Magic Your Way Ticket with the Park Hopper® option?

Always! Consider it an insurance policy for flexibility in the event of bad weather, illness, fatigue, or even if someone wants to return to the park. It provides the best value for the money you are already spending on your ticket.

When visiting the Disney theme parks, how many days of a ticket should I have?

Length of stay tickets are ideal and give you the most flexibility and value. After the fourth day your additional days are only $10 per person, however pricing subject to change without notice. Why not give yourself the option to utilize all of Walt Disney World® throughout your entire visit!

Do you plan other vacations outside of Disney?

No, we are Disney exclusive. However, Disney has several options besides Walt Disney World®. We book and plan Disney Cruise Line vacations, Disneyland® Resort in California, Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, and Adventures By Disney®, which has global itineraries.

Do you book airfare?

Yes, we can. However, 99% of the time it’s a better value and arrangement for clients to book their own. Most people use reward systems to buy airfare.

Can I fly into Sanford/Orlando Airport?

We don’t recommend it because there’s no complimentary ground transportation – Disney’s Magical Express® – to and from Disney. Transportation is ONLY from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The Sanford/Orlando Airport is farther away and causes a waste of time on the highway. We don’t arrange ground transportation from Sanford, so you’d be on your own.

At Walt Disney World®, why can’t I walk up to the podium and be seated to dine at Cinderella’s Castle and the Be Our Guest Restaurant?

Because both locations, as well as MANY others, book up usually 180 days in advance. Thus, only one of the reasons it’s a good idea to plan at least six months out before visiting Walt Disney World®.

What if I book a trip now, and a better offer comes along later?

One of the wonderful things about booking a trip through I’m ALL Ears Vacations, LLC is that we work hard to advocate for our clients from start to finish! That means, if clients book a vacation with us, and a month from now a ‘special’ promotion is released by Disney, we review each client file and look at the details of their package (promotions are limited and restrictions apply). Often times, the client didn’t even hear of or know about the new special, so they are totally and pleasantly surprised.

Do you have any fees?

Only if clients want to book within 90 days of arrival. There are exceptions, but must be approved by the owner Karen Rokus.
